Here’s What to Expect
Booking Your Date
The experience starts when you submit an appointment request below. After you submit your request, We'll double-check that the date, time, and service make the most sense for your hair needs, and we will make it a date!
Navigating to the Salon
On the day of your appointment - You will pull up to the shadow mountain shopping center, and we are located in the corner between The Path to Wellness and Catering by ORR. We've got tons of parking, and you'll know you got the right spot when you see the big "Tulsa Hair Design" sign out front.
15 Minute Consultation
Once you make your way inside, we will find a spot to sit down for a 15-minute consultation. Here, we will discuss the details of your first visit and a long-term plan to ensure all of your hair goals are met.
Mixing Color
If you're here for color, a formula will be custom blended for you and recorded in our system so that it's always ready and waiting at each visit.
Make Yourself at Home
We've got Wi-Fi, sparkling water, regular water, wine, beer, organic coffee, soft drinks, delicious snacks, phone chargers, and more to keep you comfortable as your treatment processes.
Finishing Up
We will finish your service by recommending at-home styling care to recreate and maintain your look at home, and we will set you up for your next maintenance appointment.
New Guest Services
Extra Time for New Clients
As a new client, we'll require extra time for a thorough consultation and proper time to create the looks you see on our page!
Maintenance Services
After the initial service, your maintenance services will be aligned with our regular prices.
Maintenance appointment pricing applies to clients who receive services every 1-5 months. Clients wishing to go six months or longer will require selecting a new client service at rebooking.
Be Sure to Book Plenty of Time
The more time booked, the more we can achieve in one session as long as optimal color conditions apply!
